Krav Maga Level 2 Curriculum

In this intermediate level class, students will continue to review and hone the skills learned in KM Level 1, as well as, learn additional punches and kicks, advanced punch defenses with counterattacks, kick defenses, and defenses against more aggressive attacks. Basic ground fighting is also introduced at this level. 

Students who train an average of two times per week should expect to complete the curriculum for this level in 3-4 months before testing into KM Level 3.

(Prerequisite – Successfully Passed Yellow Belt Test or Instructor Invitation)

   C.    Inside Defense & counter vs Left/Right combo

   G.     Outside Defenses (1-5)

   H.    360 Defense w/multiple counter attacks

   A.    Defense vs front groin kick (redirect)
