Krav Maga Level 1 Curriculum

This entry level class is designed for new Krav Maga students of all fitness levels. The goal of the class is to teach the basics of self defense and fighting. Students will learn Krav Maga’s fighting stance, movements, various punches, and kicks from both a standing position, as well as, from the ground.  Students will learn how to defend against common attacks including punches, chokes, headlocks and wrist grabs.

Students who train an average of two times per week should expect to complete the curriculum in 3-4 months before testing into KM Level 2.
