  • 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Class: KM1 - BasicThis entry-level class (Yellow Belt) is designed for all new Krav Maga students.  The goal of the class is to teach the basics of self-defense and fighting.  Students will learn stance, movement, various hand and leg strikes, and how to defend against a variety of street attacks, including punches, chokes, headlocks, and more.  Students who train 2-3 times per week should expect to complete the curriculum in 3-4 months before testing for KM Level 2.   • 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Class: KM2 - IntermediateIn this KM2 - Intermediate (Orange Belt) level class, students will continue to review and hone their skills learned in KM1 - Basic, as well as learn additional hand and leg strikes, punch defenses with counterattacks, kick defenses, and defenses against various advanced chokes, headlocks, and bearhugs.  Technical elements such as distance, timing, and alternative targeting are introduced in this level.  Students who train an average of 2-3 times per week should expect to complete the curriculum for this level in 3-4 months before testing for KM Level 3.     This class features a combination of strength training and dynamic flexibility. Using CrossFit principles, the focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency, while refining Krav Maga technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations.

    Medicine balls, Kettle bells, Box jumps, and Battle ropes are just a few of the tools used in this class.

  • 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Class: KM3 - AdvancedThis KM3 - Advanced (Green Belt) class sharpens the basic techniques and allows students to expand their knowledge of Krav Maga attacks and defenses.  Students will continue to train on strikes, defenses against strikes, and self-defense, including more advanced techniques that involve defending against weapons such as guns and sticks, and an increased emphasis on ground fighting and survival.  Students who train 2-3 times per week should expect to be eligible to test for KM Level 4 in 6-9 months. Improve your stand-up and ground fighting skills through constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity.  Our weapons of choice include punch/kick combinations, knees and elbows, and a variety of body-weight exercises to make you lean, strong and fast.  Aerobic training and anaerobic drills to create big gains in endurance and stamina, your Krav Maga skills will strengthen like never before.
